Each of our counselors have a unique style, approach, and speciality. Overall, we are specialized in working with people with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and chronic illness. We utilize somatic, attachment based, experiential, evidence based modalities that help you access the innate healing capacity that is already within you. You make sense to us, and every part of you is welcome here. Healing is possible, and it is okay to borrow our belief until you find your own.
